Steve’s track record includes a variety of clients in different sports across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with the NFL Players’ Association, international Olympic programs, the UFC, US Special Operating Forces, Major League Soccer, National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball.
Formally educated in business and law, Steve's passion for the high performance industry dates back to his undergrad at Daemen College where he studied sport performance in addition to majoring in business. For his graduate studies, Steve chose to attend the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he could focus on sport law and employment law. By combining his experience and education in business, law, and performance, Steve is able to advocate for growing the field of applied science in sport and fight for other areas of passion including anti-doping, SafeSport, and equal pay for equal work efforts addressing the gender-based pay gap.

Steve's main responsibilities for HPA include providing solutions to teams, federations, and clubs in the areas of organizational development, staff recruitment, and consultation in building talent development programs. In addition to his previous work consulting with teams, Steve also brings experience in corporate wellness consultation with Fortune 500 companies.
